The returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original, unaltered packaging (including the intact UPC code). All packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and any accompanying free items or accessories must be included. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your refund total. Being Shipped can only refund the original purchase price; shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
If all conditions are not met, Being Shipped reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 30% restocking fee. To start a return, please contact us at support@beingshipped.com. All returns must be initiated through email; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Nonreturnable items
To ensure the highest quality of products, we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:
- Opened TVs, combos, and monitors 37" and larger, where the original packaging has been unsealed
- Opened computers and computer software, where the original packaging has been unsealed
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Custom-built or modified computers
- Special-order merchandise or any item marked as nonreturnable on our website
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books

Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assess the issue and correct it. For verified defective or damaged items, we may choose to repair, exchange, or refund the item at our discretion, and return shipping fees will be reimbursed.
Refunds & credits
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your payment method. In most cases, refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to exchange an item is to purchase the new item separately and then initiate a return for the original item to receive a refund. This ensures you receive your replacement product as quickly as possible.
Restocking fee
If the returned product is damaged by the customer, incomplete, or has been opened and used in a manner that makes it ineligible for return, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Please ensure the product is in its original condition to avoid this fee.
Limited liability
Being Shipped is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. We are also not liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Our responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only. Additionally, any claims for missing items or items damaged during transit must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise. Please ensure that any electronics containing user profile data are factory reset or password unlocked before returning them to Being Shipped. Also, customers must ensure that products are properly packaged and protected for return shipping to prevent damage.
International returns
For international returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Being Shipped does not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders, and this amount will be subtracted from the total refund of your order. Customers are also responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
