Shipping locations
We ship to most countries worldwide, as long as they can receive international packages. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please reach out to us at support@beingshipped.com before placing your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, except through USPS, and not all packages qualify for this option.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Being Shipped is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other potential charges. Once your package reaches customs, the carrier or customs office will contact you to arrange payment for these fees in order to clear your package.
