The Tripp Lite SmartRack Copper Bus Grounding Bar is a reliable, full-length 42U bar designed for secure grounding in rack-mount equipment. Made from heavy-gauge solid copper, it easily attaches to both Rack Enclosure Cabinets and Open Frame Racks, providing a consistent ground path for your devices. Each alternating U space features drilled and tapped holes, allowing for convenient installation of ground wire jumpers. This ensures direct grounding of individual pieces of equipment using grounding straps, bypassing surrounding components for enhanced safety. The bar can be mounted in two ways: either by screwing it into the rack enclosures (hardware included) or by using tool-less mounting buttons on open frame racks. The SRGROUND comes with 21 grounding straps, mounting buttons, screws, and washers, providing all the components necessary for a secure installation.
